Measuring U-Bolts
We manufacture custom U-bolts for cars, bakkies, trucks, trailers, agricultural equipment and commercial vehicles. U-bolts can be manufactured to customer specifications or matched from samples.
Select the type of U-Bolt bend (Round U-Bolt, Square U-Bolt, or Semi-Round U-Bolt)
1) Measure diameter of the U-bolt Rod ("A")
2) Measure inside diameter distance between the u-bolt Legs ("B")
3) Measure length of each u-bolt leg ("C")

Measuring leaf springs
Our team can manufacture replacement leaf springs, main blades and complete spring packs. Measurements can be supplied using the guide above or customers can bring samples to our East London workshop.
Provide us with the width and thickness of the blade
1) Measure the length of ("A") and ("B") respectively along the length of the blade
2) Provide us with a diameter of the centrebolt
3) Measure inside diameter of the eye ("C")
